The automatic water washing filter press refers to the addition of an automatic water washing system on the basis of the original filter press. After the filter press is unloaded, it will automatically clean the filter cloth and filter plate. It can remove the blockage and restore the water permeability of the filter cloth. The automatic water washing filter press is convenient for operation and debugging, and at the same time, a manual step-by-step operation method is designed to complete the single-step action.

1. Send the power supply of the electric cabinet first, so that the control circuit is connected to the power supply.

2. Turn one knob to the "manual" position, and then turn the knob at the back to realize the single-step operation of the filter press.

3. Compression, turn the two knobs to the "compression" position, the motor of the hydraulic station of the filter press starts to run, the compression solenoid valve is energized and closed, and the plate frame of the press is pushed by the piston rod to start compression, when the pressure is reached When the upper limit of the meter is reached, the motor of the hydraulic station stops running, and the filter press enters the pressure maintaining state. At this point, the feed pump can be turned on for filtration.

4. Return, turn the two knobs to the "return" position, the motor of the hydraulic station of the filter press starts to run, the return solenoid valve is energized and closed, and the plate frame of the filter press is driven by the piston rod to return. When retreating to the limit, the filter press stops the retraction action.

5. To take out the pull plate, turn the third knob to the position of "take plate", the motor of the filter press trolley starts to run, and drives the trolley to start the action of taking plate and pulling the plate. When the plate drawing is completed, the trolley returns to the limit position to stop the action of taking plate and pulling plate.

6. Wash the plate. When washing the plate, you need to press the "washing" button, and the washing indicator light is on. At this time, the automatic washing filter press enters the washing state. (The first, second, third, and fourth steps are the same as above in the washing state.) a. Turn the third knob to the "take plate" position, and when the plate is taken, the trolley moves forward to the position of a filter plate. b. Turn the fourth knob to the "seat in" position, and the washing rack moves forward to between the plate frame and a filter plate. C. Turn the third knob to the "pulling plate" position, and the trolley drives a filter plate to the middle of the washing rack. d. Turn the fifth knob to the "washing down" position, and the water washing telescopic rod will start to descend with the water washing nozzle to perform water washing. When washing to the bottom, turn the fourth knob to the "washing up" position, and the washing telescopic rod will go up and stop when it reaches the upper part. e. Turn the third knob to the "pulling plate" position, the trolley drives a filter plate to the side of the plate frame, and one filter plate is washed. Repeat steps a to e above until the washing is finished.

7. It should be pointed out that in the manual state, you can switch to the automatic state at any time, and after entering the automatic state, the filter press can continue to operate in the manual state.

The filter plate of the automatic water-washing filter cloth filter press adopts three-point positioning. After the filtration is completed, the plate pulling manipulator can automatically pull the filter plate to unload the cake, which not only improves the working efficiency of the filter press, but also reduces the labor intensity of the operator. It can also reduce the irregular arrangement of filter plates caused by human factors. The cantilever beam is on the top, which can solve the corrosion problem very well. It is suitable for filtration in strong acid and strong alkali environments. It is automatically switched by high-pressure water (pressure up to 10MPa) through the valve. Rinse the filter cloth to reduce labor intensity.
