    The TD75 type belt conveyor has become a popular conveyor due to its simple process structure, low cost, strong versatility of parts, convenient maintenance, and the conveying capacity can meet the usual conditions. According to the needs, it can be single, multiple or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.

    With the advancement of science and technology, some new technologies and new processes have also begun to be used in some important occasions, such as tapered rollers, "big head rollers" for deviation adjustment, deviation switches, pull rope switches for conveyor safety and protection, etc. .

    Working Principle

    The traction member and bearing member of the TD75 belt conveyor are an endless rubber conveyor belt, and the belt is wrapped around the drive roller and the reversing roller at both ends of the frame, thus forming a closed loop. When the transmission device drives the transmission roller to rotate, the friction between the transmission roller and the belt drives the belt to run. After the conveyed material is added to the rubber belt from the material guide groove, it is transported to the unloading device at the head along with the movement of the belt, and the material is unloaded through the discharge port.

    Technical Parameters

    1. There are six types of tape widths: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400mm.
    2. There are 12 types of driving power ranging from 1.5-200Kw.
    3. There are eight belt speeds: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s.
    4. Conveying capacity: see table (1) (material capacity r=1.0 tons/m, conveyor inclination angle β≤6°, material accumulation angle=30°)
    5. See table (2) for the maximum inclination angle (the allowable maximum angle is 80% of the value in the table when conveying downward)
